What is tiisa®?

tiisa® is an advanced superinsulation material developed to reduce energy loss across buildings, industrial systems, transportation and energy infrastructure.

Built on a proprietary nanostructured silica architecture, tiisa® combines high porosity, low density and exceptional thermal performance. Its unique microstructure creates particles smaller than 300 nm, approximately 1/1000 the size of conventional aerogel particles, enabling up to ten times greater usable volume at the same weight. The result is a material that delivers both lightweight performance and improved cost efficiency.

By suppressing heat transfer within its porous structure, tiisa® provides outstanding thermal insulation and fire resistance across a wide range of operating environments. From liquid hydrogen storage at -253°C to industrial and aerospace applications exceeding 1300°C, tiisa® enables thermal management solutions for some of the world's most demanding conditions.
